If you are joining us for the first time, or you have been reading the forums for some time, and now wish to become a member of Tow411, here are some helpful tips.
At the top of the forum page, you will find " Register Your Free Account (Required)".

Clicking on that link will open a new screen where you will be asked to choose between a Global account and a Local account. The differences are explained on that page. The choice is yours. Both are free.

Having made your choice another screen will open for you to begin your registration. The screen will appear the same for both Global and Local users. All spaces must be filled in to complete the registration (Ezboard requirements). When you have submitted your registration, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of it. In that email will be a link to activate your account. Click on the pictures to view a larger image.

After activating your account and logging in, you will find yourself in your "My Control Center". It is now time to fill in your profile. This picture shows how to access your profile.

This picture will give you some idea of what we consider "minimal" information. Active members of the board will be more receptive to your introduction on the board if they know some information about you. A name and location are usually a good start. An email address is helpful for the moderators and administrators to contact you should the need arise. After 12 posts, you will be asked to fill in at least that much, anyway. So, why not start off with that information to begin with.
